Misconceptions of Reverse Mortgage: Myth vs Fact-Lunch & Learn
Tuesday April 18th 12 PM - 1PM
Virtual – Presented by Laura Brannock, Reverse Mortgage Specialist
RSVP HERE: https://www.meetup.com/lgbtq-aging-adults-greensboro/events/292531079/ Or contact us at Triad@carolinaaging.org
As a reverse mortgage specialist for 16 years Laura is committed to educating seniors on how a reverse mortgage is a powerful financial retirement planning tool. The goal is to dispel the myths of the program and educate on how home equity can generate additional cash flow while protecting ownership of the home. Many seniors desire to remain in their home for as long as possible, however this can create financial hardship. In home care, paying off existing mortgage, creating an emergency line of credit, and even purchasing a new home may be possible with a reverse mortgage. Join us to learn more about this great retirement financing tool.
